Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Prior individual tax preparation experience required
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to research and apply individual tax law
· Organization

· Time management
· Excellent typing speed and accuracy
· Familiar with Lacerte Tax software a plus
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Proficient with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
Job duties include:
· Preparing Federal and Oregon individual tax returns
· Electronically filing tax returns
· Preparing 1099 Forms on a limited basis
· Gathering and organizing source documents from clients
· Scanning and organizing completed work papers
· Communicating with clients to gather information
· Reviewing completed tax returns
