Salary Range: $45.00 - $55.00

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will assist with the leadership and guidance of our nursing services team in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. You will support the best practices for the delivery of our care objectives and participate in revision of these as necessary to ensure provision of the highest quality of care to all residents.
Must have:
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Graduation from approved RN program
· Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state
· Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Nice to have:
· Previous experience as ADON, RN Manager, Charge Nurse, or Unit Manager
· 3-5 years’ nursing supervisory experience in the provision of direct care to multiple residents
· Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
· Nursing degree from accredited college
· Experience with PointClickCare
