Strategy & Operations Leader Manager

This is a hybrid role and will require you to be onsite in our Palo Alto office 2-3 days a week.

We are seeking a seasoned Strategy & Operations Leader Manager with 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally. A background in consulting is preferred, along with strong business acumen, analytical thinking and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Lead and/or support special projects as assigned by senior management.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and measure success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Executive presence and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus among diverse teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
