General Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and take detailed minutes, write and distribute email, letters and forms, prepare and distribute reports, develop and maintain a filing system, update and maintain office policies and procedures, order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers, maintain contact list, book travel arrangements, submit and reconcile expense reports to accountant, social media posts, act as a point of contact for clients.
Technical Responsibilities:
Test web and mobile applications and write down bugs. Be a visual observer in drone missions, and provide equipment to pilot.

*This position is in Winter Park until Summer 2023 when we will relocate to Winter Garden.
*Ability to commute to both places is a must.
