Required Experience and Professional Skills
o Project management foundational knowledge and be working towards PMP certification.
o Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience on multiple project teams
o Strong analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
o Proven ability to effectively negotiate and facilitate problem resolution
o Healthcare and technology services experience preferred.
o Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, MS Teams and standard collaboration and web conferencing tools.
Project Manager II
o Project Management Certification
o Minimum 4-7 years in project leadership on multiple moderate to complex projects
o Healthcare and technology services experience required.
Project Manager III
o Project Management Certification and uses it to mentor others who are studying for their certifications
o Minimum 8 years of experience in project leadership, including management of complex projects
o Excellent proven analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
o Proven ability to effectively negotiate and facilitate complex problem resolution. .
o Healthcare and technology services experience required.
Project Manager IV
o Project, Program, or Portfolio Management Certification and uses it to mentor others who are studying for their certifications
o Minimum 8 years of experience in project leadership, including management of complex projects and programs.
o Proven ability to effectively negotiate ad influence in an environment with high competition for resources.

- Education
o Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field
