Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Site/Civil Project Manager for our Charlotte, NC office. The successful candidate will have technical, project management, and market access responsibilities to lead site/civil design projects in the commercial, industrial, and residential markets. We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong drive to lead a team focused on these markets in the private and/or public sector.

- Manage design for multiple projects.
- Assist with business development/marketing/proposal efforts.
- Oversee, train and mentor junior/mid-level staff.
- Work closely with clients and agency staff, including attendance at public and/or construction meetings and also represent the company at other events as needed.
- BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of directly related experience in the commercial/residential markets.
- North Carolina PE license required. South Carolina PE a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple project assignments concurrently.
- Ability to work and interact with clients, maintain project budgets and schedules.
- Ability to provide technical expertise to design staff.
- Desire to work in a team environment.
- Strong computer skills utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, storm water modeling software, as well as Microsoft Office programs.
