Dewberry is seeking a CADD Drafter to support engineering operations in its Long Beach, CA office by performing under the direction of senior staff.

- Supports engineering Project /Task Managers in EV Infrastructure & Telecommunications work production and office operations depending on need and priority. Work assignments will typically include production, packaging and submission of related documents or other deliverables at the direction of more senior staff.
- Supports engineering staff directly on computational or CADD drafting tasks. Assignments will be made where appropriate based on project requirements and demonstrated proficiency.
- Perform required project tracking and archiving of documents and project deliverables. Assigned tasks will be as scheduled in coordination with engineering Project Managers, and working directly with Project Managers & Staff Engineers. Perform all in accordance with Dewberry corporate policies and client requirements.
- Assist in the development of site plan & construction drawings including the following tasks: Insert existing conditions Surveys, update drawing borders, insert base map xrefs, and modify/develop site plans, grading plans, 2-D elevations, and construction details. Other submittals may include As-Built Record Drawings, Zoning/Planning Site Plan Drawings, Record Plats, Exhibit Drawings, Site Plans and Profiles, Deed and Easement Compilations, AutoTurn truck turn analysis,
- Plan Submission packages and related documents.
- Site visits and field work may be required.
- 3-7 years of relevant CADD drafting experience preferred.
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD.
- General understanding of Surveying and Civil Engineering plans and deliverables.

Salary : $50,000 - $63,300
