Dewberry is currently seeking a Civil Engineering Intern for Summer 2024 in our Peoria, IL office to assist in a variety of projects for clients within the commercial and government sector.

Responsibilities

Intern will assist with engineering design, construction document production, project file maintenance, production schedule and budget monitoring, and work plans. Individual will work on all phases of structural development including structural analysis, design and inspection relative to steel, concrete and other materials for buildings under the direct supervision of a licensed structural engineer. 

Required Skills & Required Experience

• Currently pursuing a B.S. in Civil Engineering 
• Experience with AutoCAD a plus
• Experience with Microsoft office is required
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
