ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support quality system processes ensuring that all customer requirements are met throughout the value stream. This will include evaluation of Customer technical requirements flowdown.
- Ensure customer quality requirements are communicated internally in the form of training and specific work/assembly instructions.
- Engage with manufacturing engineering to establish and sustain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field and be an incoming Junior or Senior Fall 2023
- Communication – Able to clearly and succinctly send a message in a variety of communication settings and styles. Must be able to interact and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent time management skills: concentrating effort on priorities and overall planning, awareness and response to upcoming and long-term deadlines.
- Strong computing skills: i.e., ERP, Customer/Supplier and Regulatory Portals, Power Point, Excel, and technical researching.
