Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Business Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Identify and implement software solutions that support business processes
- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for software solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert for management software systems
- Conduct system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing
- Identify risks and issues related to software systems and coordinate resolution
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure integration and alignment of business systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role
- Strong knowledge and experience with management software systems
- Experience developing functional and technical specifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders
