What are the responsibilities and job description for the RPA Developer position at Dexian DISYS?
Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a RPA Developer for an opportunity with a client located in Westwood, MO.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed process documentation
- Lead integration and UAT tests to insure robotic processes are running correctly
- Participate with team to identify and gather automation requirements
- Provide hypercare support
- Read/understand existing code and build new code where needed
- Train users on how to maintain robotic processes (monitoring automations and escalating through appropriate channels when necessary)
- Troubleshooting and implementing bug fixes
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of automation (UiPath preferred, will also consider: Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Workfusion)
- 5 years of coding (.Net, Java)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Effective collaborator and team player
- Strong communication (both written and oral) with both technical and non-technical team members
- Thrive in a highly collaborative environment
- Understanding of database design concepts
- Familiarity with PowerAutomate
- Proficiency in several programming languages
- Strong understanding/knowledge of Microsoft Office products
