Call Center Representative

Job Title: Call Center Representative || Hybrid ||

Location: Sioux Falls SD 57104 United States (Hybrid after training)

Shift timings: Monday-Friday 8AM – 5PM CT

Schedule: One week onsite one week Remote (After Training of 4 Weeks)

Pay: $23 - $23.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve customers through phone and written contact with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.
• Accurately capturing all of the information provided by customer and entering that information into databases.
• Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, conduct investigative steps to identify the issues, and process complex transactions online.
• Perform moderately complex initiatives to resolve client issues and review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags and classify risks appropriately in case management system to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards.
• Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine client concerns to more experienced individuals.
• Interact with internal and external customers to respond to the raised concerns, as well as determine appropriate course of action.

Job Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience in a Financial Services environment.
• Strong/professional communication skills.
• Positive outlook/personality
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible, used to change
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced work environment
• Strong business acumen
