What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Documentation Specialist position at Dexian?
Job Title: Loan Documentation Specialist
Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite - 5 days per week)
Duration: 9 months contract to start
Pay Rate: $18-20/hr.
Client: Wells Fargo (for internal reference)
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM
Notes from the Manager:
- Looking for someone who is be ok with being on the phones a lot.
- This position will require an account deep dive with their customers.
- This will include inbound and outbound calls.
- It’s not like a normal call center where you are taking back-to-back calls and there may be some downtime between calls.
- This position will mostly be working with loan management.
- Making sure applications are filled out correctly and following up if more information is needed.
- Mortgage background is preferred.
