What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production support position at Dexian?
Job Title : Production Support - Release Execution Support
Location : 100% REMOTE
Duration : 3-4 months (Extension Possible)
Shifts : - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 4pm - 12am
Saturday : 8am-4pm
Skills & Experience Needed :
- Shell (bash / ksh or equivalent)
- Implementing automation using scripting languages such as perl, python or ruby
- Linux / Unix operating systems, web & app servers (Tomcat / Ngnix)
- Automation tools using Jenkins, Maven, Docker
- Working with Quickbuild / Rundeck tools
Description & Responsibilities :
- Supporting Release Execution with builds / deployments in Linux environment and on-prem / cloud app deployments
- Adhere to policies and procedures of Release Execution
- Ensuring the governance policies and audit compliance requirements are met
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in Linux / AWS cloud environment
- Modernizing and Migrating Linux build and deployment applications to run in cloud via Jenkins
