Job Description:

• They will be supporting the remediation of 3 very high priority matters through oversight of data defect remediations
• Reviewing defects, their descriptions, root causes, actions taken to remediate, and thoroughly questioning and reviewing evidence to ensure the defect has been fixed

• Processes, products and services and where they manifest risk in a large financial institution – Share some examples of processes, products and services? We’re a bank – credit products, treasury services, DDA accounts, brokerage accounts, etc.

Pay Rate: $61.72 (BEC 4) & $77.57 (BEC 5)

Start Date: ASAP

Position Type/Duration of Assignment: 3mo contract with likely extension

• Strong risk management skills – understanding of risks, issues, root cause, remediation, controls, etc.
• Strong understanding and experience in the following:
• Processes, products and services and where they manifest risk in a large financial institution
• Data, data flows, data lineage
• Knowledge of data defect remediation
• Control evaluation
• Knowledge of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and guidelines at WF is a plus
• Ability to inquire, question and verify
• Problem solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to articulate & write issues, risks, and proposed solutions and communicate to various levels of staff and management
• Highly motivated and self-starting
