Job Summary
Customer Services and Information Technology Officer: VOC Technician
Hours: 9:30-6:00 M-F
**Please note: This job requires an existing Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph**
Responsibilities and Duties
As an A/V Support Officer supporting the customer, you will be trusted to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and support high visibility events in the auditorium. In this role, a typical day will include:
• Working with a dedicated, highly skilled team of professionals
• Setting up and operating A/V systems, to include microphones, cameras, lighting and recording equipment
• Resolving critical IT-related issues that negatively impact the mission
• Collaborating with team members to identify process improvements
Experience Needed:
- Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
- Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly
- Minimum of 3 years related experience
- Hands on experience operating and maintaining A/V equipment
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL)
- Experience with closed captioning tools
