Job Summary
The Sponsor’s office supports delivering secure digital mission solutions in the form of applications that bring data and features together in an innovative user experience for seamless mission functionality.
The Contractor shall provide help in managing web environment design, deployment, deployment and maintenance activities and quality assure of web site and applications. The Contractor will be the Communications team lead at a group level, overseeing other contractors and all communication that goes to the workforce.
**Please note: This job requires an existing Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph**
Responsibilities and Duties
The Contractor shall perform formatting, layouts, coordinate complex text and graphics for management briefings.
The Contractor shall apply knowledge of grammar, punctuation, editing and lead discussions to identify and resolve editorial issues and inconsistencies in complex text and graphics for Director and Deputy Director.
The Contractor shall provide support for the Sponsor web content.
The Contractor shall administer internet and intranet infrastructure, including web, file transfer, new and mail servers.
The Contractor shall collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, and resolve issues.
The Contractor shall develop web sites.
The Contactor shall set up or maintain monitoring tools on web servers or web sites.
The Contractor shall determine sources of web page or server problems and take action as necessary to correct.
The Contractor shall recommend web site improvements.
The Contractor shall gather, analyze and document user feedback to locate or resolve sources of problems.
The Contractor shall develop or implement procedures for ongoing web site revisions.
The Contractor shall inform web users of problems and problem resolutions.
The Contractor shall develop and document style guidelines.
The Contractor shall develop and implement marketing plans for websites.
The Contractor shall review or update web page content.
The Contractor shall develop briefing slides.
The Contractor shall develop business process roadmaps for the group and director level.
The Contractor shall document the business processes for group management.
The Contractor shall lead the communications team, will oversee contractors in the communications team, ensuring that communications go out regularly to the group.
The Contractor shall oversee special projects needs for various groups.
Experience Needed:
- Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
- Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly
- Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA).
- Demonstrated experience with SharePoint sites, site settings, site features, sub sites, lists, libraries, pages, inheritance, access controls, permission levels, surveys, content types, content and structure.
- Demonstrated experience with Wordpress site creation and administration.
- Experience with Adobe products such as Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FireWorks for the creation of logos, posters, fliers, emails, newsletters, websites, slick sheets, or info graphics.
- Demonstrated experience with graphics and web publishing software.
- Demonstrated experience with media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Demonstrated experience with Web Services.
- Demonstrated experience using Shutterstock.
- Demonstrated experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Demonstrated experience with technical writing and editing of websites, marketing, official messaging, emails, or other documents.
