What are the responsibilities and job description for the SEASONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS STARTING AT 15/HOUR + BENEFITS position at DFTBA Records?
DFTBA is hiring our seasonal staff! Right now we’re looking for customer service representatives who are available to work between 8-5, M-F though the hours may vary a bit depending on business levels.. This position is located in Missoula and staff will be onsite to help in the warehouse if tickets are slow.
Our starting wage is $15/hour with full benefits including:
- Health/Dental/Vision Insurance on the first of the month after your hire date
- Up to 10 Paid Vacation Hours per Month
- Up to 7 Paid Sick Hour per Month
- 10 Days COVID Sick Leave upon hire
- Paid Holiday Leave on Thanksgiving/Black Friday
