We are searching to fill a management trainee position in our company. They will work and train alongside managers and executives with the intention that one day they will move into a management role.
Responsibilities of the Management trainee:
- Participate with store management in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
- Engages in assigned training projects.
- Willing to be trained from entry-level to a management position
- Exceptional work ethic
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activity
- Creating brand awareness to our clients target audience
- public speaking and motivational speaking
Requirements of the Management trainee:
- Customer Service / Restaurant / Hospitality / Retail experience preferred
- Experience in a leadership or coaching role strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and written and verbal communication
- We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and loads of initiative
- Goal oriented, results driven and assertive
- Self-confidence
- Presentation skills

Pay: $35,678.00 - $50,288.00 per year
