Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a BI Administrator to support the FBI's ongoing data modernization program in the following locations: Chantilly, VA, Washington D.C., Quantico, VA, and Huntsville, AL. We are seeking a business intelligence professional to produce requested reports and analytical dashboards for the customers financial dashboard.

Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance
Location: Washington, D.C., Chantilly, VA, Quantico, VA, Huntsville, AL
Responsibilities of the BI Administrator:
- Install, configure, and maintain BI tools, such as TIBCO WebFOCUS
- Serve as a single point of contact for Application Administration efforts
- Manage BI tools configuration
- Support development of BI reports
- Deploy system enhancements and new reports into multiple environments
- Perform WebFOCUS v9.2 console administration
- Maintain on-prem Windows Enterprise Servers
- Maintain multiple environments for system development, testing, and usage
- Support disaster recovery efforts
- Perform system backups and restores as necessary
- Plan, implement, and follow best practices, procedures, and processes to improve operations efficiency and ensure high quality of the developed BI reports
- Plan and implement security architecture in multiple environments
- Ensure compliance with FISMA requirements including coordination, planning, testing, installation, and verification of system patches and software upgrades
Qualifications of the BI Administrator:
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of related experience in data engineering and/or business intelligence development
- Minimum Top Secret clearance
- BI tools administration and BI reports development
- ETL, SQL
- Integration of LDAP/Active Directory Security
- Configuration management
- Team building and communication
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with BI application administration for BI tools, such as WebFOCUS, Tableau, Microstrategy
Compensation of the BI Administrator:
- Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 **based on years of experience**
- Fully funded program - 3 years remaining
