Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. - Focus on Microelectronics, Semiconductors, and the Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors (CHIPS) Act.
- Provide subject matter expertise on microelectronics to inform national-level intelligence and strategic issues.
- Support decision makers and special projects on intelligence integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior IC members, policymakers, military decision makers, and members of Congress.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
- Ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to senior IC members.
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience or master's with 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Three (3) years' experience working with or in the Intelligence Community.
- Previous experience collaborating with collection managers.
- Experience/familiarity in the following topics: microelectronics, semiconductors, and the CHIPS Act.
- Strong communication skills required to work with multiple organizations.
- Experience working within the IC is mandatory.
- Significant demonstrated experience with collection and analytical missions of the Cyber AOR.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups.
