Overview:
We are a local real estate development company with rental properties in the cities of Titusville & Cocoa. Responsibilities:
-Impress our residents with every interaction. Without happy residents we fail to exist as a company
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repairs and maintenance issues promptly
- Oversee the leasing process, including advertising vacancies, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements
- Maintain accurate records of property income and expenses
- Monitor rental rates in the market to ensure competitive pricing
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for services such as landscaping, janitorial, and security
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and minimize vacancies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or related field

- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in contract management and record keeping
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Rent Manager) is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes

-Willingness to take ownership and set expectations for team members.
-Ability to execute specific, measurable metrics for rental occupancy, rental collections and service tickets and hold accountable the team members who have been tasked.

-Experience in handling a wide variety of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
