Reporting to the Senior Director, Client Support Services, this role will be tasked with leading the program / account management function within DHL Service - Logistics (SL) and will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue stability and expansion. Specifically, you will be tasked with successful contract renewals, customer retention/satisfaction, change management and implementing global consistency of service offering and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a close and constructive working relationship with key customers to align on the strategic services roadmap
- Provide operations solutions/development for the customer as their needs change
- Monitor and improve customer profitability
- Lead and drive the Program Management group towards a high standard of quality within Service Logistics
- Drive strong Regional cross-functional partnerships with all counterparts supporting SL
- Supports the contract renewal process with a long term development strategy for SL
- Deliver best in class customer capability by continually improving and standardizing our core processes across customers
- Management of the regional Client Support Services team

Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
• 1-3 years logistics industry experience, required
• 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, required
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting and project management, required
