Job Description
Supports Director, Internal Communications to implement engagement and content strategy for DHL Supply Chain North America.
Responsibilities
- Support engagement events and activities across DSC NORAM (CEO Town Hall, Quarterly Town Hall, annual conferences)
- Manage award programs (CEO Awards and Be Valued Awards)
- Partner with Engagement Specialist/Senior Specialist to regularly contribute content for internal channels (Smart Connect, News Now, etc.)
- Partner with Digital Communications Program Manager to develop and maintain Smart Connect pages
- Provide business partner support for various functions
- Operations Excellence: Safety, OMS, Corporate Security
- D&I
- Support Director of Internal Communications with driving consistent processes and tools to support our sector leadership teams
- Oversee digital signage program, including partnership with global team to establish centralized system and processes
- Regularly update and maintain LeaderConnect Portal (Sharepoint) for site leaders
- Oversee the review and analysis of data to drive continuous improvement and optimize internal channels (Smart Connect, News Now, etc.)
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, required
- 5 years of internal communications experience, required
- Transportation/logistics industry experience, preferred

Salary : $74,300 - $94,100
