What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner position at Dialog Healthcare?
Dialog Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Geriatric/Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide specialty Diabetes and Endocrinology care in Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation Facility settings. You will receive clinical support from our chief Endocrinologist. No previous experience in Endocrinology is necessary although it is welcomed! Internal medicine experience is a plus.
- Totally flexible hours - not a 9-5 job, commuting during less busy hours! You can make your own 5 days a week schedule (one facility per day in various locations)

- Gain a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in the in-demand field of Endocrinology.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
