Dialyze Direct is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our growing team. The FP&A Analyst will report to the Finance Director and will be responsible for providing financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions across the organization. Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual P&L statements for designated business regions and units
- Create financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and other financial metrics
- Perform variance and trend analysis on actual results vs. plans and forecasts
- Partner with operations leaders to understand business drivers and provide decision support analysis
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and other materials to communicate financial performance
- Support the annual budgeting and planning process
- Identify process improvement opportunities within finance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
