We are seeking a Salon Coordinator to provide support for our hard working technicians. As a Salon Coordinator you'll be the face of Diamond Nail Co. for all clients who visit. We will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently complete all duties.

Great customer service is an art and we are seeking artists. The goal at our salon is to make each of our guests feel as though they are the most important person we will see all day. If you have the ability to smile, to make great small talk and have an awareness of people's needs while multitasking, then you may be the perfect fit.

What you'll do

  • Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
  • Answer phone, schedule, and confirm appointments
  • Optimize schedule to allow services to be completed efficiently and effectively
  • Help clients choose colors based on trends and seasons
  • Maintain merchandising and ensure your work area is kept clean and stocked
  • Recommend products and solutions that meet client's needs
  • Check out clients accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Reception experience, required
  • Salon reception experience, preferred

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
