What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yoga Instructor position at Diamond Recovery?
Diamond Behavioral Health, a residential behavioral health treatment center in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a Certified Yoga Instructor to provide yoga and meditation instruction at our location twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday afternoons 3-4 pm) with our clients.
The Yoga Instructor is responsible for teaching patients the practice of yoga poses, breathing and meditation. Yoga is a universal practice. Yoga supports patients in connecting with mind, body and soul. Yoga serves the purpose of teaching a positive relationship with the body, breathing techniques as a way of connecting with the body versus being disconnected with the body and meditation to promote mindfulness skills.
- Outgoing personality with a strong desire to provide exceptional client service
- Genuine ability to connect with clients on a personal level
- Valid and current Yoga Instructor Certification
- 1 years teaching experience preferred
- Document session in electronic health record (Kipu)
- Current CPR Certification

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
