What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Driver - CDL A/Tanker position at Diamond Surface Inc?

We have been in the heavy highway construction business, focusing on concrete grinding, repair and sealing, for 30 years. DSI has an opportunity to add a CDL driver to our crew for a job in starting in Minnesota and traveling to various locations throughout the Midwest.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Individual will drive a tanker truck, connected to our grinding machine, to collect the concrete slurry.
- Individual will empty slurry as the tanker gets full.
- Individual will consistently get in and out of the truck to move hoses for the grinder.
- Individual may have to move traffic barrels from time to time.
- Individual will help other employees with various labor duties as required.
- Individual will need to climb on top of tanker for washout at the end of the day.

QUALIFICATIONS/JOB SKILLS:
- Must have a valid Class A driver's license with tanker endorsement.
- Must be able to maintain ELogs.
- Must have the ability to make decisions in difficult situations.
- Must have some mechanical ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to life 50lbs or more as needed.
- Must be able to stand on concrete for long periods of time.
- Ability to climb or crawl on equipment occasionally and on the ground to work on equipment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Exposure to heat, cold, and natural environment on a regular basis.
- Extensive travel, potentially weeks to months at a time, and extended hours. Our shop is based in Big Lake, MN.
- Noisy environment.
