POSITION SUMMARY:
Diamond Integrated Marketing is looking for a dynamic Project Manager who will work with the R&C account team to ensure the successful delivery of the clients programs in the portfolio.
The role is client centric and is key to internal communications/integration and excellence and flawless delivery of projects.
This position will partner with account team to achieve successful delivery of projects in the R&C portfolio. This person must have the ability to perform well under pressure, adhere to deadlines, manage multiple brands simultaneously, and bring energy and creativity to work each day.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- First point of contact for client project management teams
- Work with the Account Team and Client to initiate all projects and position the organization for success
- Work with Account Team and Client to ensure that a complete brief is delivered before a project is kicked off
- Create and/or review all timelines with and validation from internal team leadership (Strategy Team, Creative Director, Account Team, Resource Manager, Producers, COE’s)
- Ownership of a Program Plan (smartsheet) that shows high-level schedules and interconnecting dependencies for planned projects
- Lead the procurement of and presentation of Diamond production estimates to client for review and approval alongside the account team
- Oversee/lead the planning and accuracy of project SOWs, Budgets, WBS, Trackers, and Reports & Reconciliation with finance and accounts
- Ensure timely progression on full-cycle projects
- Simultaneous management of multiple projects
- Navigating and helping to identify and then resolve problem situations, escalating when appropriate
- Conduct rigorous follow-up with the internal client/project teams to stay on the critical path, ensuring communication of project status to all key stakeholders on a regular established basis
- Prepare and/or maintain project plan, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests and resource requests, project budgeting, finance and timesheet management (for some projects (TBD) the budgeting may rest with the AE etc)
- Opening and closing dockets
- Organizing and setting clear expectations in regard to tasks and deliverables
- Providing clear and accurate communication, materials, and documentation to team (smartsheets, process docs, resourcing forms etc)
- Maintaining continuity, learning and quality assurance across projects
- Lead the project post-mortem with the Account Manager (AE)
- Input to process improvements and continuously looking to improve quality – across organization
- Remain accountable for all aspects of project management tasks and understand client-agency process
- Lead daily scrum meetings for each project to determine overall blockers and plan for effective issue resolution at all stages and levels

- Delivery of consistent, quality of communications relating to the program deliverables and timing
- Staying on schedule and on budget
- Resourcing in a timely mannerEnsuring the internal teams understand implications of changes to the timeline
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience working at a consultancy, branding, digital or creative agency in an integrated project management role
- Proven experience as project manager (ready to lead) with solid understanding of the project management techniques and methodologies
- Must have a successful track record of campaign work, and a strong understanding of Digital, Social, Content and Experiential marketing
- Strong strategic, analytical, management and organizational skills
- Motivated by a fast moving, collaborative work environment
- Assist the Account leadership (SVP/GAD’s) with project plans and scope planning conversations
- Superior time management skills to ensure deadlines are adhered to
- Ability to actively listen, ensure understanding, adaptability
- Understanding of how to implement and oversee a RACI so that everyone on the project knows who is accountable for what
- Extremely adept in software applications including G-suite, MS Office, Smartsheets
- Demonstrated experience in experiential and other mediums such as broadcast a huge plus
- Dynamic individual who has energy and enthusiasm and has an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality results
