JOB TITLE: CNC OPERATOR- Entry level
JOB SUMMARY
Operate CNC Horizontals, verticals. Learn how to work with complex blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, job orders, tooling instructions and standard charts. Also learn how to make required adjustments to machinery to compensate for material tooling, machine or program conditions. Learn how to use measure equipment for measuring parts you are running.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Mechanically inclined to use for basic machine troubleshooting.
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable.
- Willingness to learn.
CORE DUTIES
- Keep machine running with the help from supervisors.
HOURS
- 1st shift
- Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able and willing to reprioritize on short notice and work on multiple simultaneous projects. Flexible and able to work with various personalities. Teamwork skills required. Time management skills required. The ability to meet deadlines in a deadline intensive environment is essential- a high level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast pace, demanding environment.
