Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Remote Consulting Vacation Associates. As a Vacation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and assist clients in planning and booking their dream vacations.

This role is commission-based, offering the chance to earn competitive commissions for each successful booking while providing exceptional customer service and expertise to our clients.

Responsibilities :

Client Consultation : Engage with clients remotely via phone, email, or video conferencing to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget for their vacation.

Destination Research : Utilize your knowledge of travel destinations, as well as online resources and industry databases, to research and recommend suitable vacation options tailored to each clients preferences.

Itinerary Planning : Design customized vacation itineraries that include transportation, accommodation, activities, tours, and other services based on the clients interests and budget.

Booking Coordination : Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Travel Documentation : Guide clients through the process of obtaining necessary travel documents such as passports, visas, travel insurance, and health certificates, providing support and assistance as needed.

Customer Service : Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the booking process, addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.

Sales and Marketing : Promote our travel services and packages to generate leads, attract new clients, and expand our customer base through various marketing channels, including social media, networking, and referrals.

Requirements

Passion for Travel : Genuine enthusiasm for travel and a strong desire to help clients create memorable vacation experiences.

Excellent Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey travel options, provide recommendations, and build rapport with clients effectively.

Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales, customer service, or travel-related roles is preferred but not required.

Motivated individuals with a passion for travel and a willingness to learn will also be considered.

Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and achieve personal and team goals.

Requirements

Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Tourism, or related field preferred but not required we will train you. Previous experience (X years) in event planning, preferably with a focus on travel-related events or destination management.

Strong knowledge of event planning principles, logistics coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate contracts, and collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in event planning software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite. Customer service-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding client expectations.

Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varying client preferences, budgets, and event requirements. Remote work experience and proficiency in virtual communication tools and technology.

Must be able to work in the U.S.
