We’re looking for a Field Operations Agent to join our Field Operations team in Miami and ensure fans have the best possible experience when they go out.

About the role
The Field Operations team at DICE ensures that the market-leading standards DICE sets in product design are replicated in the dynamic, real-world environment of live events.
Working closely with the Country Manager, Account Managers and Partner Services teams, the Field Operations team liaise with our venues, promoters and brand partners to ensure that fans at shows, club nights and festivals have the very best on-the-day experience.
Please note, we're looking for someone to join the team full-time on the understanding that there will be different working hours across seven days per week. We’ll work with you for the most mutually convenient fit.
You’ll be
- Providing training on DICE and procedures to our partner venues and promoters, ensuring all our partners receive first-class support.
- Working with Account Managers to design and support the access strategies at our partner venues and festivals.
- Providing first-tier technical support to all our partners, and will be responsible for the device setting, management and distribution of all hardware.
- Working with the Event Services Manager to coordinate box office planning, support, and operations on-site at partner venues and festivals.
- Supporting the Partner Services team by providing product and administrative support for DICE Partners & Self-Service clients.
- Undertaking administration and account settlement.

You’ll need
- Experience in the live music events environment and in event information administration.
- The ability to think on your feet and respond quickly and rationally to any urgent issues.
- An eye for detail and excellent communication skills to make sure everyone knows the vital info.
- Flexibility in terms of working hours and schedule.
