We’re looking for a FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and will be working closely with senior stakeholders around the business to drive all aspects of FP&A (budgeting & forecasting, commercial analysis and business partnering).

About the role
Supporting the Head of FP&A, you will be involved in a variety of business wide initiatives including 5 year planning, commercial analysis, financial modelling, scenario analysis and monthly reporting.
You’ll be
- Owning the key models used to forecast DICE’s financial performance, keeping them up to date and improving them
- Finding the story in large data sets and presenting this in a succinct way to guide decision making around the business
- Driving constant process improvement and automation across FP&A, Financial Operations and other areas of the business
- Supporting the Head of FP&A in the implementation of a Financial Planning Tool
- A trusted partner to all functions around the business
- Preparing analysis for due diligence during future fundraising
You are
- Proficient using Google Sheets and/or Excel (SQL experience is a plus)
- Comfortable with analysing large data sets and ability to “tell a story” with data
You’ll need
- A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA or ACCA or significant accounting experience
- Some experience using Netsuite, Looker and Salesforce desirable
- Exposure to scale up businesses or fast paced environments is a plus
- Experience with onboarding or day-to-day use of a Financial Planning Tool
