Role - IT Product Manager
Duration - 6-12 months contract with extension

Project Description:
As a Product Manager- Pricing Tools, you will primarily responsible for the offer management tools that drive promotions and pricing across the enterprise. To do this, you will build strategies that align with high level company initiatives, while working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, implement, and track performance of initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with Pricing Services and Price Experience teams to create all-encompassing solutions from a pricing standpoint.
This is a hybrid role, which means you must be located within a drivable distance to one of our *** corporate offices in Richfield, MN or Seattle, WA. We operate on a flexible work schedule but may be asked to come into the office up to three days a week.

Demonstrate empathy for customers and steer strategies to build customer trust
Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset
Lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working
Analyze customer, offer, and operational trends to outline ways to improve pricing systems and experiences
Partner with cross-functional teams (decision science, marketing, product, engineering, operations) to identify and deliver experiences that improve pricing capabilities
Establish relationships with operations teams to build technology that enables sustainable operational models
How much time will the resource spend pair programming?
Not a developer role but this resource may join pair programming sessions to help clarify requirements.

- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing OR related fields OR equivalent experience
- 2-3 or more years of technology Product Management experience OR experience working with development, user experience, strategy, etc.
- 1-2 or more years of experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutions, cross-functional leadership or relatedpractices
- Collaborative personality with excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, influence and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders; building strong relationships is critical to our success
5 or more years of experience developing strategy for operational tools and/or e-commerce/mobile user experiences
