They are constantly learning, supporting their team across all departments, and contributing to an overall fun store culture! *ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experience * Ensure that all merchandise and product received at the store is processed in accordance with estabilished programs and procedures and that the department area is organized and maintained * Assist with the unloading of trucks and processing of freight * Uphold company standards of merchandise presentation of the best brands in sporting goods * Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (associates & customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect * Adhere to all safety policies and procedures * As business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary to support the team and the store *TEAMMATE TRAITS:* Our traits set the bar as to what great teammates look like at DICK'S Sporting Goods.
