This role will plan, lead, direct, develop, coordinate, implement and maintain the policies, activities and staff of the HR Department ensuring legal compliance and implementation of our mission, employment and talent strategies. Although this role focuses on our Home Office and Restaurants, it will periodically be called upon to support Manufacturing and Technology companies.
