Digital Marketing Specialist - Graphic Design

As a Graphic Design Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for multiple tasks that pertain to the content creation and execution of our Ad client’s work as well as internal DMS marketing assets. This will include daily posts, engagement, ad creation, support with analytics, podcast editing, video editing, and copywriting depending on our client’s needs, and internal marketing support for DMS needs.

Diedrich Marketing Strategies supports multiple six and 7-figure business owners. We focus mainly on women-owned businesses, with a focus on Digital Paid Ads. We work with local and virtual clients.

Salary: $45k - $50k a year - Full-Time with Paid Benefits

Bonus: Ability to make $10,000 in bonuses a year and a client-based bonus at the end of the year.

- DMS Content Calendars

- Support with Ad Client Monthly Analytics

- Social Media post creation (DMS)

- Scheduling posts

- Graphic Design Creation for Paid Advertising

- Data tracking analytics for client ad accounts

- Copywriting for ads

- Email Marketing

- Email List updates

- Blog creation

- Video creation

- Sales page/Landing page creation

Qualifications Desired for this position:

- Previous marketing Full-Time job experience at least 2 years

- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, or Marketing related field

- Need to have intermediate experience with adobe products

- Need to have experience creating and editing videos

- Need to have experience creating social media content

- Need to have experience with creating timelines and getting work done within those deadlines

- Need to have experience creating graphics and cohesive branding

- Need to have strong communication skills and willing to communicate support clients

- Need to have experience being a proactive leader who takes responsibility for supporting clients results

- Need to have marketing research experience on how to evaluate and ensure our clients see better results

- Organized

- Self-aware of time management and using time efficiently

- A go-getter and self-starter

- Ability to be flexible with client needs and the needs of the business

- Ability to be productive while in the office
