Job Summary

The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the store's operational efficiency under the direction of Store Management. This position focuses on three core areas: inventory, cash handling, and customer service operations. The Operations Specialist works closely with the Inventory Specialist and the Training Specialist, acting as a vital link to ensure smooth daily processes and uphold the company’s operational standards. This role is designed for individuals who excel in execution and support, making it ideal for those who thrive in collaborative and process-driven environments.

Essential Functions:

• Facilitate inventory operations by assisting with restocking efforts, receiving new inventory accurately, managing the disposal of quarantined products, and maintaining an up-to-date menu in collaboration with the Inventory Specialist.
• Enhance cash handling processes by working alongside the Training Specialist to educate budtenders and leads on accurate drawer closing procedures, handling end-of-day financials, and executing cash drops, ensuring financial accuracy and security.
• Support front-of-house operations to maintain a high level of customer service, stepping in as necessary to ensure operational continuity and quality service delivery.
• Assist in the enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) compliance, contributing to process audits and collaborating with store management for necessary adjustments.
• Partner with Management for effective inventory analysis, adjustments in pricing as directed, and logistical support for deliveries, ensuring optimal record-keeping and menu accuracy.
• Proactively identify operational improvements and communicate potential enhancements to store management, focusing on process efficiency and bottleneck resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
