Role Overview:
As a Senior Enterprise Applications Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise-wide applications, oversee architecture teams, and serve as the primary technical expert for our enterprise solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Lead and execute complex ServiceNow implementations and enterprise application integrations for the client
- Develop architecture blueprints and roadmaps with ServiceNow as a central component
- Oversee and mentor teams of IT professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables in ServiceNow projects
- Provide strategic consulting on ServiceNow best practices, governance, and integration with broader enterprise architecture
- Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and ServiceNow-based solution delivery
- Identify and propose process improvements, automation opportunities, and new technologies within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Engage with client executives to drive value-based discussions on ServiceNow capabilities and enterprise integration
- Contribute to business development efforts and proposal creation for ServiceNow-centric projects
- Demonstrate thought leadership in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise systems integration
- Perform technology evaluations and recommend appropriate ServiceNow and complementary solutions
- Mentor and educate team members on ServiceNow best practices and industry standards

Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in enterprise IT systems, with at least 5 years focus on enterprise architecture
- 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and customization
- Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, resilient enterprise solutions using ServiceNow and industry best practices
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and data sources
- 5 years in consulting or senior leadership roles
- Strong executive presentation and communication skills
- Expertise in system security, performance optimization, and disaster recovery planning within ServiceNow environments
- 2 years hands-on experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow's low-code/no-code development capabilities
- Familiarity with ServiceNow's AI and machine learning features
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or public sector domains
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Multi-domain project experience solving complex enterprise challenges with ServiceNow as a key component
- Proven consulting experience with a focus on client engagement in ServiceNow projects
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and/or Oracle Cloud Architecture Frameworks, Best Practices and Design Patterns
- Experience in multi-cloud architecture and hybrid cloud solutions involving ServiceNow
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies and FinOps principles in relation to ServiceNow implementations
