THE CHALLENGE…

We are seeking a collaborative Staffing Coordinator who will work proactively with our HR team to support our growing staffing, recruiting, and onboarding needs. The Staffing Coordinator will be an excellent communicator, tech-savvy, organized, meticulous with detail and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.


WHAT YOU WILL DO…

  • Assist and support a full-cycle, high-volume recruiting team, internal and external resources
  • Post jobs, schedule meetings and interviews, manager and candidate outreach and follow-up
  • Be able to stay organized in a role that assists with full-cycle, high-volume recruiting
  • Assist with onboarding requirements such as background checks, offer letters, etc.
  • Use an ATS to keep track of applicant data
  • Ensure follow up with hiring managers to ensure a timely hiring process & positive candidate experience
  • Maintain daily staffing reports and provide weekly updates to management
  • Assist human resources and payroll with daily activities as required

  • Ability to appropriately manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, work both independently and as part of a team
  • Decisive and resourceful, confident in professionally expressing your opinions, and be able to work successfully in a diverse environment
  • Must be able to cope with conflicting points of view, function under pressure, and demonstrate discretion, integrity, fair-mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality
  • Passion in participating, creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive culture where individuals and teams can do their best work and unlock their potential
  • 2 years’ experience as a staffing coordinator or similar position
