IBM Master Data Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IBM Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to join our team for a project. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our organization.

This role includes some of the following:

• Implement and maintain MDM (Master Data Management) solutions, focusing on IBM MDM, with proven experience on different MDM styles like registry, consolidation, etc.
• Develop expertise in key MDM areas such as data management (master, meta, and reference data), data transformation, data lifecycle management, hierarchy management and search, integration, security & auditing, user experience and workflow, and data analytics and quality assessment.
• Exhibit proficiency in MDM algorithms including matching, merging, and unifying data; set match thresholds, and handle MDM Probabilistic Matching Engine and golden record survivorship rules.
• Initiate implementation of use case related to Master Patient Index (MPI) & Master Client Index (MCI) and prepare golden records along with the implementation of record matching algorithms.
• Define and develop MDM's application scenarios and value proposition from the perspective of MDM and the healthcare industry. Must have hands-on knowledge of Additions, Extensions, Composites, Business Proxies, Business rule validations, Request Response Framework, and Batch Processor modules in IBM MDM. Knowledge around suspect duplicate processing, transaction audit logging, messaging, notifications, and DSUI customizations are preferred.

• Have 3-8 years of total experience in Data Management.
• Have at least 2 years of experience working on IBM MDM Server.
• Candidate should have experience in full lifecycle technology implementations as a Lead/developer with overall Application Architecture knowledge in MDM.
• 2 years of experience in IBM Infosphere Initiate.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
