As Sales Development Representatives, your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing impactful relationships with outbound prospects. This is a quota carrying individual contributor sales role.
Responsibilities:
- Contact leads via phone, email, Linkedin and web chat.
- Qualify, nurture leads and walk leads through an "Assisted Buying" experience till closure.
- New customer acquisition in the mid-market or SMB/SME categories and conversion of leads
- Build and manage outbound business development pipeline
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer adoption/satisfaction.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Collate and help Product and Marketing teams with feedback.
- Build reports to present to the manager.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 1 to 6 years as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent clarity in communication.
- Ability to deliver engaging product demos.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Experience using a CRM.
- Highly energetic and self motivated individual with a drive to reach for the sky.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25,322.10 - $114,094.05 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- North Chicago, IL 60064: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- SaaS: 5 years (Preferred)
- SDR: 7 years (Preferred)
