About the opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Account Executive for our US Chapter. This role is integral to our sales team, focusing on creating and executing detailed sales plans to achieve specific goals and quotas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience selling consulting and advisory services and will be adept at managing the entire sales cycle. This is a vital role within the Sales Organization to drive efficiency and scale.
As an experienced technology services and solutions sales executive, your primary responsibility will be business development. You will also be responsible for driving demand, generating a pipeline, presenting solutions, creating proposals, and closing business.

What you will do
· Sales Planning: Develop detailed business/sales plans to meet and exceed goals and quota
· Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from generating leads to closing sales
· Opportunity Identification: Proactively unearth new sales opportunities through networking, attending conferences, hosting lunch and learns and other outbound activities
· Presentations: Effectively present Digital DirAction’s services to prospective clients, highlighting our unique value proposition and benefits
· After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to enhance client loyalty and identify additional revenue streams
· Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
· Documentation Preparation: Prepare and present Proof of Concept (POC), Point of View (POV), Statements of Work (SOW) and proposals
· Negotiation and CRM: Negotiate agreements and maintain detailed records of all sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
· Collaboration with Delivery Team: Work closely with the delivery team to ensure customer requirements are met and to facilitate successful project execution
· Discovery: Conduct thorough discovery meetings to gather essential information such as Budget, Authority, Needs and Timing (BANT) from prospects
· Sales Strategy: Continuously develop sales strategies based on industry trends, market research and data analysis

At Digital DirAction, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $140,000 and $180,000. The pay range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE), meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions (uncapped)/sales bonuses and annual base salary. This range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
