As an HPC Industrial Crew Leader / Foreman, you will supervise single/multiple crews in performing downstream service line tasks (vacuum, hydro blast, grit blast, etc.) to complete jobs at our client’s site.
What you will learn and do:
- Instruct, provide feedback, direct and assist crew in performance of job duties
- Enforce company employee policies and remove employees from jobs, if and when required
- May schedule jobs and crews, and may dispatch crews, based on calls received
- Read work orders and ensure all required equipment is available and operational prior to starting jobs
- Inspect equipment and general work area prior to starting any job, and correct any deficiencies
- Train technicians and operators in equipment operation, service line processes and paperwork
- Safely operate all necessary equipment, including hydro-blasting, blasting, and vacuum
What you need to bring:
- Minimum 2 or more years of verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry
- Willingness to travel away from home on company paid travel up to 100% of the time
- Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in service line
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting equipment is preferred
