Digital Janet LLC. is currently on the lookout for a Mid-Level UI/UX Developer. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in shaping intuitive user experiences and designing modern user interfaces that meet and exceed customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement innovative UI/UX designs that enhance application usability.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights for design improvements.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Test developed applications for usability and make necessary adjustments based on user feedback.
- 5 years of experience in UX design and development
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Experience with UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
