We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Provide customer service and technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Perform system maintenance tasks such as virus scans, disk cleanups, and software updates.
- Assist customers with setting up their accounts and navigating the website or application.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Skills:
Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and 11 is a must. Ability to install RAM, graphics cards, and SSDs is highly-preferred. Must be good working with people in-person and remotely. Some education in Computer Technology is required. A two-year degree/diploma and/or industry certification(s) is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
