As a Systems Design Specialist for DMP, you provide job building skills and problem resolution to DMP dealers through any supported means of communication. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a quick and accurate solutions to our dealers face ensuring that their customers are 100% satisfied.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills; able to convey competence, confidence and empathy over any means of communication.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing.
  • High degree of accuracy/detail oriented.
  • Ability to troubleshoot or problem solve.
  • Ability to learn technical materials quickly.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Understands DMP product details and the functionality of the systems. Develops knowledge and remains current in the security industry and its products through dealer interaction.
  2. Focuses on attention to detail when designing systems per the dealer’s specifications while asking questions to understand what they are trying to achieve.
  3. Finds solutions, does not leave callers without a resolution.
  4. Documents conversations, quotes, and software in proper programs for record keeping.
