Digital Project Manager

2 Year Contract assignment

HYBRID (3 DAYS ONSITE, 2 DAYS WORK FROM HOME)
Location: North Chicago (the suburb) almost on the border of WI and IL.
Creative Project Manager (not and IT PM role)

Our well known pharma client is seeking a DIGITAL project manager to join their team. This person will focus on all things digital including websites, emails, banner ads and apps, social media. This particular department fields a ton of requests that are then dispersed among the creative teams to execute. A professional with an ad agency background will work best. Using a PM Software such as Asana and Smartsheets, the Project Manager will follow client direction, sit in on creative meetings, create scope of work, create estimates, secure resources, and manage timelines and budgets to meet client expectations.

• Experience managing a variety of digital projects.
• Experience with HTML development and constraints
• Maintain knowledge of guidelines including, but not limited to, corporate branding, promotional material development, material review process and corporate compliance.
• Maintain an intimate understanding of the Agency Workflow Process including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals and reviews, production and archiving.
• Demonstrate critical creative thinking and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to maximize productivity and manage workload.
• Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment.
• Assist Digital Manager and Digital Account Manager with providing estimates and timelines.
• Track time on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• PMP Certification would be a “nice to have”
• Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written
• High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role
• Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast paced creative environment
• Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details
