We are seeking a versatile individual to fill the role of Executive and Photography Assistant. This position requires a blend of administrative support for executive-level staff and assistance in some aspects of photography work. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, being able to perform a few tasks simultaneously band possess a passion for both administrative duties and photography.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Manage workflow and prioritize tasks effectively to meet multiple project requirements simultaneously.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Help organize and maintain photography gear and studio space.
- Assist photographer in setting up equipment, lighting, and props for photo shoots.
- Support photographer during photo shoots by managing equipment, adjusting lighting, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the office and photography operations.
- Assist executives and photographer with errands such as picking up supplies, delivering packages, and running various office-related errands.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role supporting senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with photography equipment, techniques, and post-production processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of setting up and dismantling photography equipment during on-location shoots.
- Comfort with standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods during photo shoots and studio setup.
These additional responsibilities and physical requirements ensure that the Executive and Photography Assistant can support various tasks effectively, both within the office environment and during photography assignments.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
